This charming little house is located in a very desired area of Sóller, since it has the morning sun and is only 5 minutes walking from the main square. The property is located on a dead end street in a quiet area called Cas Panarers. We recommend getting on foot since the access is very narrow and the entrance by car is not advisable. At about 5 minutes walking from the house you can find a parking space.

The house has 90m2 and are distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a charming entrance converted into a living room with fireplace and a toilet.
